Foundation of the Graphic Studio

The graphic studio La Sirena (the mermaid) is supported by the Fundación Casa de los Tres Mundos and the foundation ArtSur and financed by the spanish cooperation AECID.

The aim of the graphic studio is the formation. That’s why the commercialization of the produced works constitutes a base of donations, which will be used for trainings for the following generations.

With these actions we pretend to have an impact on the processes of cultural production, development and employment creation, with the intention to consolidate the cultural sector of Nicaragua by means of artistic creation and the generation of a small cultural industry, which is related to the graphic art and the manipulation of manual paper.
