Code of Conduct

The international cultural centre Fundación Casa de los Tres Mundos is committed to a safe and protected environment and is free from all forms of discrimination and contempt or exclusion of people. We are an including and respectful cultural center that supports and welcomes all people with different political orientations, religious beliefs, social classes and sexual preferences without differentiation.

We treat each other with honesty, tolerance and trust to protect the integrity and dignity of each person. All members of the foundation contribute to the implementation of these principles, as much in their work environment as in their lessons and other artistic, educational or administrative surroundings.

  • We disagree with any discrimination based ethnic or cultural origin, religion or belief, disability, age, gender or sexual identity and orientation.
  • We are committed to treating one another with respect. Our verbal and non-verbal communication is appreciative and non-violent.
  • In conflict situations particularly, we act in a sensible and solution-oriented manner.
  • In this cultural center no form of sexual harassment, defamation and gender violence is tolerated.
  • If a person is affected, whether they are workers, teachers, students or visitors, they shall report it to the directorate, their superior or through our Ombudsperson.

We understand our Code of Conduct as a commitment assumed by all members of the foundation in order to actively contribute to a respectful climate and to generate constructive and safe learning and working conditions.

The workers of the foundation, the directorate, administrative staff, teachers, artists, but also the students and visitors of this cultural center have the shared responsibility of complying with these regulations to guarantee the climate of respect, safety and diversity that has always characterized this international cultural centre.
