On the 3th of March 2017, Nicaraguan writer Carlos Aguirre presented his new book “Flora y Fauna Sanjuaneña” in the Fundacion Casa de los Tres Mundos. In it, he describes the rich ecosystem of the rainforests of his hometown Rio San Juan, Nicaragua, and the most common and visible species of the flora and fauna. Curious readers go on a journey through the jungle and suddenly find themselves in the middle of tropical and powerful natural spots, where trees, shrubs, lianas, palm trees and other green plants live in harmony with the wild animals: mammals, birds, reptiles and fish.
The visitors enjoyed the evening, in which, in addition to the review into Aguirre’s work, a concert by the family of the author was given.
